Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Genetic testing is a medical diagnostic process. Once your order is placed and the testing kit is registered or laboratory analysis begins:

Your biological sample is processed in a certified medical laboratory.

Resources, reagents, and lab time are allocated specifically for your test.

Analysis and interpretation are performed by specialists.
These steps cannot be reversed, and costs are incurred immediately. For this reason, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed or a test kit has been shipped.

If your kit is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team for a free replacement kit.
Failed or Insufficient Samples
If your sample cannot be analyzed due to insufficient or compromised material, we may provide one complimentary replacement kit for a re-collection.
No monetary refunds will be issued.
Sample Processing & Turnaround Time
Our lab processing times may vary depending on the test type and workload. Delays do not qualify for refunds, as testing quality and accuracy are our top priority.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:

The order was not fulfilled due to an internal error before any kit was shipped, or

The service was not initiated due to a proven operational mistake on our part.
These rare cases will be reviewed individually by our support team.
